Oranssi Asunnot is a non-profit company owned by Oranssi ry, which provides affordable rental housing for young people. Housing at Oranssi is communal. Residents take care of the maintenance and renovation of the houses together with Oranssi Asunnot employees.

Oranssi has a total of eight housing communities of different sizes in different parts of Helsinki. All the apartments are located in old wooden houses. Young people under 25 years old with low incomes and an urgent housing need can apply for the available apartments.
