The newest residential community in Oranssi Asunnot is Solakallio, located in East Pakila. It consists of two wooden houses on the same plot of land surrounded by woodland. Oranssi Asunnot bought the houses in 2018 and, together with the future residents, is renovating them to make them more suitable for community living for young people.

One of the houses is single-storey and the other two-storey. The single-storey house is older. It was built in 1937 and was originally used as the kitchen and kitchen staff quarters of the adjacent Toivola boarding school. The building is protected in the zoning plan as sr-2. The two-storey house is newer and was built in 1984. It was once built for dormitory use by a voluntary labour force. Unlike all the houses previously managed by Orange Apartments, this building is not protected. Both houses in Solakallio are electrically heated.
