The house is a two-storey wooden house with two apartments in Länsi-Pasila. The house is part of the old Puu-Pasila. It is located on a rocky plot and includes a wooden yard storage building. The building is heated by direct electric heating.

The house has been managed by Oranssi Asunnot since 2008. Initially it was owned by the City of Helsinki and Oranssi Asunnot had an open-ended lease. Later in 2025, Oranssi Asunnot bought the building from the City of Helsinki.
